- Delivery space: Please ensure that the unit can be delivered without crossing over any power lines. It is essential to prioritize safety and prevent any potential hazards during the delivery process.
Permitting:
To initiate the permitting process or inquire about any related questions, please reach out to your local city/county authorities for an initial grading plan. Alternatively, feel free to contact us to discuss commencing the process.
For off-grid units:
We offer various additional amenities to enhance your experience. These include solar panels and battery storage for a reliable power supply, a water tank for your water needs, and a compost toilet for eco-friendly waste management. How long does delivery take?
Construction is typically 120 days or less depending on additional luxury items purchased. Existing inventory than can be delivered within weeks
What’s included inside the unit?
Every Swan Flat comes with a kitchen, full bathroom, heating/cooling, insulation, electrical, and modern finishes—ready to live in from day one.
Can I use it as an Airbnb or guest rental?
Absolutely. Many customers use Swan Flats as short-term rentals, guesthouses, or private stays to generate income.
How is it installed?
We deliver the unit fully assembled. Setup typically takes a few hours and involves placing it on level ground and connecting to utilities.
