I realized that I wanted to be an entrepreneur and had an entrepreneurial spirit at a very young age. I started off my career building and creating a computer security software company with my father at age 18, and took that company public on the small cap, NASDAQ and OTC bulletin board. I learned about the public market and what it takes to raise money and grow a business from scratch. About 4 years in realized that the computer industry was not for me and wanted to learn how to build a home from the floor up. I jumped into the construction industry with a very close friend of mine, who took me under his wing and taught me how to frame and how to build a house and all the details it entails. This stabilized my work flow and created my strong work ethic. In 2012, I jumped headfirst into the solar industry, which was the most exciting opportunity yet. I wanted to find a product that I could be passionate about, believe in, stand behind, and do better for the planet. All the while in the background, I have been fortunate enough to work with one of my closest best friends, Jason Singleton, in the real estate market. We started buying distressed properties and flipping them and seeing very great profit margins. We later than started investing in properties that we could hold onto and provided rental income and Airbnb which by far was my most lucrative venture as of yet. I have always had a passion for real estate. Jason Singleton and I have partnered up to create Swan Flats, which allows me to bring my off grid, solar energy, expertise to this concept. We are bringing to the market ADU container homes that can be used for long term or short term rental income, office space and the client is able to see very quick returns on this investment. Cash flow out the gates!! This project is not only about making money. This is about creating a sustainable future, affordable housing, solving some of the homeless issues in America, and providing a first starter home for many they cannot afford it.

Began his sales and management career in 2001 with a tech company in San Diego. He transitioned into the Real Estate and Construction business, September 2008. Short Sales, REO’s, distressed properties became an exciting and prosperous niche for 15 years. Over the years, he has overseen many projects in the industry including fix and flips, acquisitions into rental property, and ground up new construction. With a portfolio of rentals, including duplexes, studios, strip centers, and Airbnb units, one thing has become clear….. The studios and Airbnb units are the most profitable, with annual returns on investment between 20% and 50% immediately!! The birth of SWAN FLATS is created.
A storage container converted into a tiny studio home that can be rented long and/or short term, creating additional, significant cash flow/ROI. I learned early in my sales career to find/create a product you can believe in, deliver proper expectations and quality to the consumer, and everyone wins.
With my partner and best friend since age 13, David Savarese and I are bringing a modern/industrial look to the tiny home market, in a timely manner that is scalable and cost-efficient.
